Ways to Work, a successful employment and skills program, is dedicated to securing job and training opportunities for some of the most hard-to-reach groups of adults in the borough.
The Ways to Work program has been operating across the Liverpool City Region since 2016, and the St Helens Borough Council delivers its element in the local area.
The program's delivery encompasses a range of services, including coaching, mentoring, paid work experience, training courses, skills development, information, advice, one-on-one support, group guidance, job search assistance, CV writing, and interview preparation.
