Additional Information

Emergency food packs are made accessible to individuals facing challenging circumstances who have been referred to The Olive Branch Foodbank from other care professionals. Upon receiving a referral, individuals can visit to collect their designated food parcel. These food parcels can be obtained once per week, with a requirement for a new referral each time.

The Olive Branch offers up to five parcels within a single period of need, followed by a comprehensive review of the situation. Depending on availability, additional items like toiletries, toilet paper, washing powder, and nappies may also be provided. The team encourages individuals to communicate their requirements, and they will strive to offer appropriate assistance.

Operating hours for emergency food distribution are from 1.30pm to 3.30pm on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Please note that the facility is closed on Tuesdays.
