Wonderland Community Centre is a mental health centre run by a manager who has suffered anxiety and depression and could not find the help that he needed in his area for 5 years, that he opened his own mental health centre over 2 years ago in st helens in the middle of lockdown, he opened a community centre for everybody who struggles with mental health because we understand and get them the help they need straight away with no waiting list and if people struggle with benefit forms being filled in, then we will do it and have done that since we opened. If people need to chat, we here for you. If people need food, we will give food.
