To attend our wellbeing activities please complete our referral form. We will contact you to attend a Welcome one to one session within two weeks of receiving your referral form. This is a relaxed, informal session to explain who we are, what we do, and which of our groups or activities could suit you.
We will ask for some personal details so we can contact you, and also for some information on how you are feeling.
You can refer yourself, or be referred by a supporting professional, anytime you feel you are experiencing mental distress and would like support.
