PAUSE is a project run by Warrington Speak Up, which offers a safe community space where people can talk openly about their mental health free from stigma or judgement. PAUSE enables conversation through listening, helping people to access support and information, and exploring effective ways of improving wellbeing.

PAUSE is a non-clinical drop-in community mental health listening space; no appointments are needed but pre-booked appointments are held between 9:30am – 11am or 3pm – 4:40pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The service is run by trained staff and volunteers.
PAUSE is open for drop-ins on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 11am - 3pm and is located at The Gateway, 89 Sankey Street, Warrington, Cheshire, WA1 1SR.
Pre-booked appointments are held on Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 9:30am - 11am or 3pm - 4:30pm.
PAUSE is closed on Bank Holidays.
