- Help you apply for all the benefits you are entitled to.
- Support you in challenging any decisions regarding changes or stoppage of your benefits.
- Assist you with benefits appeals, right through to tribunal hearings.
- Clarify any changes in the benefits system and how they might impact you.
- Help you apply for discretionary payments and grants to address rent arrears.
- Provide assistance with water charges.
- Offer valuable budgeting advice.
- Refer you to additional support services you may require, such as digital skills training or ongoing tenancy support.
