Overview

The npower Health Through Warmth (HTW) initiative was established to provide assistance to individuals in England and Wales with chronic illnesses who are facing challenges in financing heating and insulation improvements in their residences.

It's important to note that clients are not required to be or become npower customers in order to receive assistance. This project is funded by npower as part of their commitment to promoting warmer homes and improved health.

HTW will assess eligibility, requiring individuals to complete forms detailing their income, expenses, and other relevant information.

How HTW provides support:

  • Cavity wall and loft insulation
  • Boiler repairs and replacement (in cases of malfunction)
  • Heating systems or appliance repairs (in cases of malfunction)
  • Energy efficiency advice
  • Access to funding
