Eligibility:

Everyone who lives in Cumbria is eligible for a free support call to answer any questions regarding domestic energy. We also offer home visits, which are offered to a wide range of eligibility criteria to ensure we can reach and support as many households as possible. Only one person in the household needs to tick one of our eligibility criteria, to make the whole household eligible to support. These include, but are not limited to:

Health Criteria: Illnesses exacerbated by the cold, cardiovascular or respiratory conditions, moderate to severe mental health (more criterion available).

Vulnerability Criteria: Households with children under the age of 16, or adults over the age of 65, physical or sensory disabilities, recently bereaved (more criterion available).
