- Assistance with benefit appeals and contesting erroneous decisions (including sanctions)
- Specialised aid concerning Universal Credit, encompassing application support, changes in circumstances, and verifying accurate award calculations
- Grants to address urgent needs such as rent arrears or essential household items
- Help with managing utility debts (gas, electricity, and water)

- Information on opening a bank account
