Overview
CHiL delivers ECO3 energy efficiency measures in Fylde and other parts of Lancashire, including the application of "ECO Flex" which extends the eligibility criteria for ECO delivery in the Fylde area. Most of the schemes available are available to homeowners with a household income less than £30,000 and where savings are less than £16,000.
The grant can be used for central heating installation, boiler replacements and heating efficiency improvements.M

The grant can be used for central heating installation, boiler replacements and heating efficiency improvements.
You can apply for a grant if:
- you are aged 18 or over on the date of application
- you live in the dwelling as your main residence
- you have an owners interest, and some private tenants may be eligible
- you are receiving a qualifying income-related benefit and/or meet the ECO Flex criteria
