For over a decade, since 2007, we have been entrusted with the management of nearly 5000 properties on behalf of Blackpool Council.
Blackpool Coastal Housing (BCH) is a fully owned company established by the Council with the purpose of managing its housing stock and offering relevant services to its tenant and leasehold customers.
The company operates under the supervision of a nine-member board, consisting of three elected members, two tenants, and four independent representatives. With a committed team of dedicated staff, BCH is financially supported through a fee from the Council's Housing Revenue Account.
