We offer all people living in Blackburn with Darwen a free and confidential service to assist with issues that may be affecting your wellbeing or quality of life. We do this because we believe that everyone has the right to live a healthy, happy and fulfilled life.

We want to make sure that you make best use out of support available, so that no matter what life throws at you, you know what options you have and you can access the right help to support you through. 

Last year Care Network supported the health, wellbeing and independence of 6,858 people through making 8,960 referrrals / signposts. We also supported 739 households to access £49,830 worth of support with their fuel bills.

  • Monday: 9am - 5pm,
  • Tuesday: 9am - 5pm,
  • Wednesday: 9am - 5pm,
  • Thursday: 9am - 3.30pm,
  • Friday: 9am - 5pm
